Fleurieu Harmony Chorus
The Fleurieu Harmony Chorus started out as a Quartet in 2000 and still has three original members Alex Paul , Michael Wood and Tony King our Musical Director. Tony celebrates a 25yr involvement in barbershop this year. The Chorus has grown over the past 8 yrs to now have 21 paid up members.
The Chorus is well known for entertaining on the Fleurieu Peninsula at retirement villages, nursing homes, corporate functions and even weddings, as well as its fundraising for Charities and worthwhile causes such as Bushfire Relief and Cancer Research.
The Group is always looking for new members,no previous experience is necessary, The ability to read music is not essential as learning tapes and cd’s are provided . The Chorus is a member of The Australian Association of Mens Barbershop Singers ( AAMBS )
